About Sarah Steventon
Sarah is a Psychotherapist, with specialist training in Neuropsychology and Neuro Psychopathology.
This style of working isn’t about giving advice or telling you how to do things differently – this is about creating the ultimate mindset and utilising a unique combination of Neuropsychology and Neuroplasticity to achieve it.
She works in the corporate environment, specialising in sectors that face unusual levels of stress (Banking, Finance, Legal, Tech, PE) with a focus on issues such as anxiety, anger, stress and burnout.
Working with Portfolio Managers, traders and executives at banks, hedge funds, CIOs, CROs to create transformational results, improving her client’s ability to manage stress, regulate emotions and react with the rational logical brain; giving the clients the ultimate edge where they can operate in the rare space of ‘peak brain performance’
Sarah employs a combination of proven psychological disciplines to enable you to get the outcome you want as rapidly as possible. Her approach is very different.
'It is not about managing the issue or learning techniques or strategies to deal with it - this is about removing the issue, dissolving the problem, neutralising the negative feeling, and then creating the mindset you want, so that you can start living life to the full and achieving your goals.'
Utilising the latest techniques, based on neuroscience, she is able to create the most effective and appropriate plan to meet your individual needs and goals.
Sarah is a member of The Human Givens Institute, which is fully accredited in the UK by The Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care (PSA). The PSA is a Department of Health backed programme, which sets standards for practitioners and is recognised by the NHS and the Care Quality Commission.
Prior to setting up in private practice, Sarah worked in the corporate world for over ten years, predominantly in the financial sector.
